J.P. King, SKY Sothebys International Realty Team up to Auction Luxury Homes

J.P. King Auction Company and Sarasota luxury brokerage leader SKY Sotheby’s International Realty have announced an alliance in which the two companies will market luxury properties in Sarasota and Manatee counties in J.P. King auctions.

“It’s the right time to begin using auctions for the sale of qualified high-end properties, and J.P. King is the acknowledged leader in the field. We see this as a way for select sellers to differentiate their properties in a crowded marketplace, sell within a specific time period, and draw prospective buyers from a broader geographic area,” said President Chad Roffers, who founded SKY Sotheby’s International Realty in 2004 with Brandyn Herbold.

As their first joint project, the two firms plan to conduct a multiple-property auction during the spring, according to Craig King, president of J.P. King. “We’re in the process now of lining up homes and condominiums for our first sale,” said King.

“This will be the first multi-property sale in the area that focuses on the very high end of the market, which is what people would expect from the two companies conducting it,” said King.

Property owners interested in being part of the first sale may contact Roffers at (941) 366-9777 or visit the company’s web site at www.skysothebys.com. Individuals outside Sarasota and Manatee counties who desire more information about J.P. King’s auction marketing services may contact the auction firm at (800) 662-5464 or visit the company’s web site at www.jpking.com.
