Important Collectors Cars and Motorcycles Auction Melbourne, Sydney and Perth – Sunday 25 March 2007

. March 12, 2007

The first auction of important Collectors’ Cars and Motorcylces for 2007 will be held on Sunday 25 March in Melbourne. Whilst the auction itself will take place in Melbourne at our new salerooms in Prahran, a selection of cars from the auction will also be on view in Sydney and Perth.

‘This is the first time we have had cars from a single auction on view at various locations around the country’, says Robert Glover, National Head of Collectors’ Cars. ‘The new auction format means that the cars on offer will be marketed to a much larger audience’, adds Glover.

Robert Glover’s international experience with the Motoring Department at Bonhams in London also means that cars will be marketed extensively to buyers in the United Kingdom and the United States. ‘Buyers from all around the globe will have the opportunity to purchase exciting vehicles that they might not otherwise have realised were for sale,’ says Glover.

Some exciting cars have already been consigned for the March auction including:

1925 Bentley 3/4 1/2 Litre ‘Le Mans’ replica (illustrated)
Restored in the style of ‘Old Mother Gun’ to extremely high and exacting standards.
