Myrtle Beach Intracoastal Waterway Lots to Hit Auction Block
Published April 3rd, 2007
Three separate Myrtle Beach intracoastal waterway lots go up for auction Thursday, April 19, according to Chad Chriscoe of Sea Land Properties and Auction LLC.
The auction will be conducted at the Comfort Suites, Highway 17 and 501 in Myrtle Beach. The sale will begin at 6p.m., but bidders should arrive early to register. Up for bids are lots 31, 32 and 50 in Carolina Waterway Plantation. “This is a beautiful and quiet community,†said Chriscoe. “It’s just minutes from everything Myrtle Beach has to offer.â€
The lots are located on Waterton Avenue, and while the home owner’s association does not allow signage, the lot numbers are marked. Properties may be inspected at any time. For assistance, call (910) 616-9219. Chriscoe said the large lots are approximately 60ft by 200ft. “Lots on the intracoastal do not come up very often,†he explained. “This is a rare opportunity to pick up desirable waterway property in Myrtle Beach, and this community has it all – a boat house and storage, clubhouse and pool, as well as a community pier. However, the best part is the view!â€
