Secured Lender Orders Total Liquidation

Published September 2nd, 2007

Over 100,000 square foot facility including machinery, equipment, inventory and offices utilized in the knife manufacturing business will hit the auction block for a three-day sale September 17, 18 and 19, 2007, according to Harry Stampler, President of Stampler Auctions.

Starting at 10 a.m. daily, over 2,000 lots will be offered and sold to the highest bidders. All terms, inventory, photographs, inspection times and additional information can be found at www.stamplerauctions.com.

Stampler Auctions has been commissioned to conduct the on-site “live auction”. Stampler Auctions has contracted with www.bidspotter.com to host a simultaneous “live online” auction. Complete terms are available at bidspotter.com.

Stampler has toured the plant in upstate New York and had this to say “…it was hard to believe, floor after floor filled with machinery and equipment. This fully operational plant has served the hunting, fishing, military, sport and recreational knife business for over 100 years. The closure has hurt some, but all auction buyers will benefit — what a great opportunity…”

Stampler Auctions will sell all the machinery, equipment, inventory and offices. Additional intellectual property such as trade names, trademarks, trade dress, patents, website and engineering drawings, etc. will be offered for sale.

All assets can be purchased live on-site or via live online auctions hosted by bidspotter.com. Pre-registration and pre-approval are required in order to bid online.

Stampler Auctions is a full service auction firm and has conducted auctions in 26 states. Founded in 1960, South Florida has been their headquarters since 1985. For more information contact Harry Stampler or Martin Claire at 954.921.8888 or 800.330.BIDS or visit www.stamplerauctions.com.
