Commemorative Uniforms Auctions Open onLSUauction.net

Published October 20th, 2007

Six auctions of complete LSU commemorative uniforms as seen in the Tigers’ win over Tulane in the Louisiana Superdome are now open and will end starting Oct. 24 at noon CT on LSUauction.net. You can also bid on a official LSU-Auburn game ball. Place your bid now!

The uniforms include game-worn pants and helmets, as well as jerseys identical to those worn in the game that catapulted LSU to a No. 1 ranking in the Associated Press poll.

Tiger fans have until Wednesday, Oct. 24, to place bids on 10 different uniforms, numbered 2, 21, 38, 50, 66, and 82.

The first auction ends at noon CT, with five more ending in the following 90 minutes.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

These jerseys are intended to be displayed rather than to be worn, as these do not fit an adult as a replica jersey does.
Due to NCAA regulations, the names of student-athletes do not appear on the jerseys.
Six full uniforms (including helmet, jersey and pants) are being auctioned.
