Florida Equities, LLC a Florida real estate company based in Fort Lauderdale with agents across the state is expanding once again. The company’s core business has always been commercial property management, it expanded into the residential market across 2004 and 2005 and is now expanding once again and is now offering auction service.
William Hineline of Jupiter Florida has been appointed to head this new division. Hineline holds real estate licenses in Florida as well as Pennsylvania and has been in the real estate business for over 22 years. He also has years of experience in the auction business. As one of his first acts in this new position he is putting together a multi property auction in Palm Beach County to be held in February.
