Izatys Golf Resort to Sell in April 3 Albert Burney Auction
ONAMIA, Minn. -The next chapter in the life of Izatys Resort on Mille Lacs Lake in Onamia, Minn., will be written when bidders gather at the resort on April 3 for the court-approved bankruptcy auction.
Albert Burney Auction Company, which specializes in real estate auctions nationwide, was approved Jan. 10 by U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Nancy Dreher to market and auction the resort.
The sale will include the resort’s two 18-hole championship courses, the Links lodge and clubhouse, the marina, the maintenance facility, two homes and the sewage treatment system serving the resort.
It will include:
Two 18-hole championship golf courses.
Links Lodge and Clubhouse, with 28 guest rooms, a restaurant, more than 10,000 square feet of conference and banquet space, a pro shop, tennis courts and outdoor pools.
Marina with 67 slips with potential to add up to 70 additional slips.
Maintenance facility with offices, conference rooms and bay area.
Class C sewer treatment facility with capacity of 38,700 gallons per day.
Two homes built for employee use – one three-bedroom and one four-bedroom.
