Cordier Antique & Collectible Auction

Cordier Antiques & Auctions will be holding a Variety Antique & Collectible Auction on Sunday, April 19 in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania (across the Susquehanna River from Harrisburg). The auction will begin at 11am with a preview starting at 10am and extending through the auction.

The sale will feature furniture and lighting (starting at 1pm) including seventeen pieces of Heywood Wakefield furniture. A wide range of furniture and lighting will be offered including plank bottom chairs, blanket chests, corner cupboard, dry sink, revolving bookcase, mirrors, Victorian hanging lights, tilt top table and much more.

Another featured area will be books, vintage magazines and ephemeria. Book highlights include signed copies of by V. Shoemaker, Herman Bauch and Feddor Rojankovsky as well as a First Edition of “The Right Stuff” by T. Wolfe. Vintage magazines including 1940’s Mechanix Illustrated and 1920’s Popular Science will be offered. An 1899 to 1940’s archive from the Glen Rock Drug Store will highlight ephemera.

A large variety of artwork will be featured including paintings, prints and spelter sculptures as well as modern art featuring numerous pieces by Gettysburg, PA artists.

Harrisburg related items will be sold including an 1888 fire company presentation water pitcher and an 1855 Bird’s Eye View. Jewelry will also be a key feature and will include gold, silver, Bakelite and pocket watches.

A full range of other antiques and collectibles will be sold including vintage clothing and purses, ceramics, glass, silver, Asian, military, toys, Boy Scout and other collectibles.
