The auction firm of Iron Horse Auction Company, Inc. of Rockingham, NC, National Professional Real Estate Auctioneers has been chosen to conduct the auction.
The property features 5 developed estate tracts with septic systems in place, public water, cable, telephone and underground electricity. A private dock with private parking on the mainland and a private dock and heliport on the island are included.
With the elevation at approximately 29 feet above sea level, each tract offers spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean, plus a northern and southern view of the coastline.
