Virginia Standing Timber Tracts for Counts Auction

The Counts Realty and Auction Group (www.CountsAuction.com) announces the auction of 471 acres of timberland in 10 tracts, according to Bill Bryant.

“It is an excellent time to invest in land,” explained Bryant. “This property has an excellent timber stand valued at approximately $371,000.”

Conveniently located between Boonsboro and Forest in Bedford County, the property is offered in 10 tracts from 11 to 138 acres, and as a whole.
