MARLBOROUGH, Mass. – www.skinnerinc.com – Skinner will host its October Discovery auction on Wednesday, October 14th and Thursday October 15th in its Marlborough, Massachusetts gallery at 274 Cedar Hill Street. Session I begins on Wednesday at 2 p.m. and features ephemera, collectibles and Asian works of art. Thursday’s session begins at 10 a.m. and features a wide array of furniture and decorative arts.

Ephemera and CollectiblesOffered twice annually, highlights from the 200 lots of Ephemera and Collectibles include over a dozen lots of Abraham Lincoln related material—printed images, books, campaign memorabilia, as well as movie and show business ephemera, an assortment of sewing accessories and implements, military items, cigar box labels, sports ephemera, early photography, advertising, and Christmas items.
