RICHARD WINTERTON AUCTIONEERS RAISE £1K FOR HELP FOR HEROES

Richard Winterton Auctioneers and their clients have raised £1,000 for Help for Heroes.  The Lichfield based Auctioneers do not charge for their sales catalogues, instead ask for a voluntary donation to go to the Help for Heroes Charity.

Proprietor Richard Winterton is pictured handing the cheque over to Jeremy Hobbs, (Volunteer County Coordinator for Staffordshire) yesterday (6th May) at the Lichfield Auction Centre.  Mr Hobbs made a short speech thanking the clients for their support.

In addition the Auctioneers also hold free valuation days every Tuesday (9am to 5pm) for antiques and collectables where clients can also make a donation. 

Richard Winterton’s family have been Staffordshire’s Auctioneers since the mid nineteenth century.
