Mecum Auctions announces total gross sales – excluding buyer’s premium – for its two-day Bloomington Gold Corvette Auction in St. Charles, Ill., were $4.5 million.
More than 300 Corvettes crossed the block at Bloomington Gold, and the Top 10 Sales (all sales reflect hammer prices) were:

2. 1960 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible 283/290 HP (Lot S128) at $117,000

4. 1958 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible 283/250 HP (Lot S91) at $106,000
5. 1966 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible 427/425 HP (Lot S66) at $98,000
6. 1956 Chevrolet Corvette 283 CI (Lot S149) at $95,000
7. 1967 Chevrolet Corvette Coupe 427/400 HP (Lot S100) at $92,500
8. 1957 Chevrolet Corvette 270 HP (Lot S57) at 92,500
9. 1964 Chevrolet Corvette LS2 Resto Mod (Lot S73) at $91,000
