Rawlings Auction, Appraisal & Realty, LLC announces a public real estate auction of 126 acres in Garrett County, Md., according to Steve Rawlings, auctioneer.

The property is two hours Southeast of Pittsburgh, three hours Northwest of Washington, DC, one hour East of Morgantown, WV. It is zoned residential and could be subdivided into several home sites.
