ORLANDO, Fla. – Accelerated Marketing Partners will conduct the first luxury residential high-rise close-out real estate auction in Orlando for Wood Partners’ Solaire at the Plaza, Orlando’s premier downtown development, on Sat., March 1. Minimum bids for the 42 one- and two-bedroom homes available at the close-out auction will start at $170,000, which is approximately 45 percent below the highest asking price prior to the auction.

One-bedroom homes had previous asking prices of up to $296,000, and two-bedroom homes had previous asking prices of up to $450,000.
