Prospect and Schiller Park plus a homesite in Lincolnshire and a vacant parcel in Chicago. There is almost $38,000,000 of inventory that must be sold at a fraction of its previous value. The auctions are developer closeouts and lender-owned foreclosed auctions. Most properties are new construction.
