REDC’s Application was rejected by Federal Judge S. James Otero in an Order issued late Friday, March 7, 2008. The Judge denied the request, finding that the motion lacked sufficient merit to warrant issuing a restraining order. National Home Auction filed a comprehensive opposition to each claim made by REDC.
