ROCKINGHAM, N.C., – It was announced today that the N.C. State Wolfpack Club will sell a 98+/- Acre farm that they received as a donation.
The purpose of the Wolfpack Club is to raise scholarship funds for the Student Athletes of N.C. State University.
A private donator, who supports their cause, has donated a 98+/- Acre tree farm in Hoke County, N.C.
The Wolfpack Club has commissioned Iron Horse Auction Company, Inc., of Rockingham, N.C., to sell the property at public auction. The auction will be held on August 26th at the Raeford Civic Center, located at 200 S. College Drive in Raeford, N.C.
The property is currently a tree farm and is strategically located near Raeford, the Fort Bragg area and the 5 Points Horse Park.
The farm will be offered in 4 parcels, groups of parcels and as a whole, selling in the configuration that generates the most money.
