Roger Soderstrom, founder and owner of Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty, said most of the properties to be auctioned are within an hour’s drive of Orlando. The auction portfolio will include office buildings, office condominiums, retail centers, retail condominiums, office warehouse, warehouse flex space and development sites.
A number of the properties will include the option of seller financing. The total value of the commercial property portfolio will exceed $50 million.
