1,400 Acres of Virginia Real Estate for Auction

Nicholls Auction Marketing Group ( announces the auction of over 1,400 acres of prime Virginia real estate, according to John Nicholls, president of the company.

The premier property at auction consists of 1,173 acres in Culpeper, Va., that will be offered in two parcels and in its entirety.

The second property is a 165 acre farm in Midland, Va. Located in Fauquier County, the property features a two-story home, dairy complex, barns, outbuildings, silos and a pond.

“The minimum starting bid on this property is only $100,000,” noted Strauss.

Located in King George, Va., the final property consists of 91 acres of well located raw land to be sold to the highest bidder.
