Reagan-Watson Auctions [www.reagan-watsonauctions.com] announces the auction Saturday, December 5, 2009, of two commercial properties, according to Glenn Watson, Jr., auctioneer.
The first property, located at 229 North Main Street in Smyrna, is a new two-story professional office building with 4,500 square feet and an elevator.
“This property is ready for interior fit out,” said Watson. “It has 20 off-street parking spots and the building is set up for separate metering of utilities on each floor. This is a nice location with good traffic exposure.”
The second property, located at 24 East Mount Vernon Street in Smyrna, is a new three-story building with 12,717 square feet, including three retail spaces and eight apartment units.
Each retail space is 1,400 square feet. The property is zoned center commercial, permitting both retail and office use. The property has four apartments on the second floor and four on the third floor – two one-bedroom units and two two-bedroom units respectively.
