Century Timeshare Group and Sister Company Century Properties Announce First Auction of 2010

Century Timeshare Group—a company dedicated to providing the timeshare community with the best resources available today in assisting buyers / sellers of timeshares—has recently announced that they will be partnering with their sister company, Century Properties, in launching their first auction in spring of 2010.

The auction is set to be held in Century Timeshare Group’s multi-million dollar showroom located in Hallandale, Florida, and will be open to investors wishing to buy properties. A major benefit of the auction is that properties will be available to investors that may not be listed in classified ads or internet sites, and investors will have the first opportunity to bid on the properties.

“We will be buying the deeds from sellers to relieve them of their timeshares and offering them at the auctions,” says Robert Johnson of Century Timeshare Group. “Following this first auction we expect to hold auctions every two or three months as new properties and opportunities become available.”

The timeshare industry is undergoing a rebound as the nationwide housing recovery continues and private investors look for deals around the country. With South Florida seen as a strong rebound area with a deep vacation and investment real estate property market, the timeshare market has already attracted a number of interested investors.

“It is crucial for both buyers and sellers to choose a credible firm that has the knowledge and experience in dealing with the South Florida market and proven results in providing clients with the best opportunities,” Johnson said. “Whereas most firms are set on making a quick profit by flipping properties, we at Century Timeshare go above and beyond to ensure that buyers and sellers get the best deals possible.”

In addition to their innovative rental placement program, Century Timeshare Group will be purchasing properties listed in their inventory through their sister company for potential resale at the auctions.

Century Timeshare Group has also announced that they will be donating a portion of the proceeds raised from the spring auction to a non-profit organization in an effort to help improve research throughout the world.
