Gulf of Mexico Waterfront Development Sealed-Bid Auction

Collective Real Estate Group announced that it will hold a sealed-bid real estate auction for 25 luxury condominiums at Florida’s pristine Seaview Place at Gulf Landings. The 3,500-acre premier triple-community development offers a direct deep-water boating entrance, public and private Gulf of Mexico beach access and convenient location 40 minutes from metropolitan St. Petersburg, Tampa and Clearwater. The Seaview Place at Gulf Landings’ sealed-bid auction differs from a standard auction in that the development team can accept a bid at any point during the auction; if the Seaview Place Developers believe that the bid is fair they have the right to accept it immediately, prior to the auction deadline. At the end of the auction, the developers must accept the highest bids as long as they meet the minimum standards.

The 25 homes available at the Seaview Place at Gulf Landings sealed-bid real estate auction include:

One (1) one-bedroom, one-bath, 883-square-foot home with a minimum bid of $99,000, 60 percent off the previous listing price of $249,300
Twelve (12) two-bedroom, two-bath homes ranging from 1,283 square feet to 1,410 square feet with minimum bids ranging from $139,000-$259,000, 40 to 52 percent off the previous list price
Twelve (12) three-bedroom, two-bath homes ranging from 1,500 to 1,910 square feet with minimum bids ranging from $149,000-$299,000, averaging 46 percent off the previous list prices
