The live, on-site auction of the Teton Valley Ranch in Jackson Hole, Wyoming will commence on August 14, Concierge Auctions has announced.
Originally listed for $17.9 million, 50-acre Estate Parcel II will sell to the highest bidder without reserve, regardless of price. Estate Parcel I, with a 10,000-square-foot residence on 52 acres and originally listed for $29.5 million, will sell above a reserve of $11 million. The new date and adjusted bidding structure will allow currently registered bidders and other engaged parties additional time to complete their due diligence on this premier property, and the ‘without reserve’ format of Estate Parcel II will open the opportunity to a larger pool of potential buyers.
The Teton Valley Ranch auction will be held live, on-site, on Saturday, August 14 at 11 a.m., MDT. Attendance will be limited to registered bidders and their representatives. The sale is being conducted in cooperation with the Lewis, Lewis & Kleiman Team at Jackson Hole Sotheby’s International Realty. A 2.5% commission is offered to the buyer’s representing agent.
