United Country Lippard Auctioneers, Inc., (www.lippardauctions.com) announces the absolute public auction of 1300 acres of improved grass land with a cattle facility in Ada, Okla., on Thursday, July 22, according to Troy Lippard, auctioneer.
“This property is offered in eight tracts and as a whole,” commented Lippard. “The tracts range in size from 50 acres to 448 acres each.”
He added, “This is an absolute auction with no minimums and no reserves. That means this property will sell to the highest bidder.”
Tract one is 180 acres improved with a three bedroom, two bath home built in 1984. “This is a very nice home,” noted Lippard. “It has a nice open living area with fireplace that opens to the kitchen. There is a hot tub on the deck and a nice detached two-car garage.”
This tract is also improved with a two-bay insulated and heated shop building as well as a 30ft. by 50ft. barn with perimeter and cross fencing. It has eight paddocks and seven ponds.
Tract two is 50 acres, while tract three is 448 acres improved with a 60ft. by 80ft. metal hay barn built in 2009, a 30ft. by 40ft. metal barn a 16ft. by 40ft. open building, electric service and water well.
