John Lennon’s handwritten lyrics for Beatles song Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds are expected to fetch more than $200,000 (£122,000) at a Profiles in History, Los Angeles auction on 14 and 15 May, reports the BBC.
The sheet, features the song’s third verse and the opening words to She’s Leaving Home.
Both songs feature on 1967 album Sgt Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band.
Last June the handwritten lyrics for A Day in the Life by the Beatles sold for $1.2m (£734,000).
