Higgenbotham Auctioneers International (HAI) announced that they have been retained to offer the Crosspointe Baptist Church facility in Fultondale at absolute auction on Thursday, September 22. Located on a picturesque hill overlooking the area, the facility is situated on 18 acres and features an expansive 60,000± SF multi-purpose building. The building features a main sanctuary capable of seating 600+, gymnasium, daycare, numerous classrooms and offices.
In addition to the real estate, the contents of the church are also being offered at auction. Some of the featured items include a 1997 70th Anniversary edition K. Kawai piano and a 1995 Blue Bird bus. Other items include commercial kitchen appliances, office equipment, furniture, and much more.
