The many items, some of them rare and unusual, were used in the restaurants’ day-to-day operations over the past 30 years. “This auction will attract two audiences – folks from the restaurant industry who will be astounded at the selection presented to them from three established restaurants and a large supply firm, and one interested in the many antiques, collectibles and memorabilia items on display,” said Ron Browne of Browne Auction Specialists, headquartered at 2845 East 84th Street in Tulsa.
