Renowned local Staffordshire company Richard Winterton Auctioneers Ltd has today announced plans to expand their business with the opening of a second site at Fradley.
Over the coming months, the vast 18,500sq ft site at Fradley will undergo major improvement works to offer 5 state of the art salerooms together with on-site catering facilities. There is also a large free on-site car parking facility.
Commenting on the expansion plans, Richard Winterton explains “We are delighted to make this announcement. Our business continues to grow, with increased demand for our house clearance services and specialist collectors sales. The additional space at Fradley will enable us to hold more frequent sales and daily valuation events to better serve our customer’s requirements”.
The current headquarters located in the Cross Keys area of Lichfield will be open daily for valuations and become a Consignment Centre for customers wishing to enter items into auction. It will also be the venue for quarterly specialist collector sales.
In addition, there are also plans to expand the network of valuation centres to encompass further venues across Staffordshire, Derbyshire and the West Midlands.
Based in Staffordshire, Richard Winterton Auctioneers offers a wide range of house clearance and probate services and holds regular valuation events and monthly sales with online bidding, which attract a global audience. The teams from BBC Bargain Hunt and ITV Dickinson’s Real Deal are also a familiar sight at the Salerooms when they film for forthcoming episodes.
