Maas Companies of Rochester, MN will auction the 179-Unit City Center Hotel – Oshkosh on Thursday, May 14, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. on-site at One North Main Street in Oshkosh, WI.
The City Center Hotel – Oshkosh, formerly the Park Plaza, is a full-service hotel located in downtown Oshkosh adjacent to the convention center. The hotel offers travelers an exceptional location and close proximity to the river and local attractions.
Potential buyers are encouraged to attend the public open houses or to schedule individual appointments:
Monday, April 20 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Tuesday, April 21 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Wednesday, May 13 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Auction buyers will need a $100,000 certified deposit on the day of auction. An additional deposit will be due within 48 hours to bring the total deposit to 10 percent of the purchase price. The balance of the purchase price is due at the time of closing within 30 days of auction.
Attorney Richard Schmidt with Boardman, Suhr, Curry & Field LLP is coordinating the closing on behalf of the seller.
