The Club was organized exclusively for educational, fellowship and literary purposes in the personal and private collection and study by its membership of Sadirons and related items; and to foster National and International amateur association and fellowship among and between private collectors of Sadirons. The club membership lists more than 300 families with members from 42 States, Australia, Canada, England, France, Germany, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Romania, Scotland, Spain and Switzerland. The Club’s quarterly newsletter, Pressing News, serves as an information exchange about pressing irons. “Whether you have a collection of 9, 90 or 900 Irons, you too can share in the fellowship when club members meet at the annual convention to exchange information about their common hobby as well as buy, sell and trade irons trivets and other laundry related items,” said Jerry Marcus, the club Secretary/Treasurer.
