Parcel Two – 593 (+/-) acres located on the north side of the resort consisting of black cherry, red oak, ash, hard and soft maple. Estimated volume to be logged in the next five to ten years is 1,100,000 board feet.
Parcel Three – 194 (+/-) acres located on the south side of the resort consisting of black cherry, red oak, ash, hard and soft maple. Estimated volume to be cut in the next five to ten years is 287,000 board feet.
Parcel Four – 2 (+/-) acres – Known as “The Gate House” this property lies outside of Glendorn’s fencing at the main gate.
