JJManning Auctioneers is proud to offer an 18-hole golf course and country club k/a “Sterling National Country Club” located at 33 Albright Rd., Sterling, MA. There is a clubhouse, restaurant / pub, function facilities, and more all on 243+/- acres, with 161+/- acres in Sterling and 82+/- acres in Lancaster. The property is just 45 miles west of Boston with easy access from I-90 Exit 6 (Route 12).
