Coastal Properties in South Carolina for Auction

National Commercial Auctioneers [www.natcomauctions.com] announces a bank-ordered property auction event in coastal South Carolina, according to Stephen Karbelk, CAI, AARE, President of the auction company.

“The properties are a mix of residential development land, exclusive residential development lots, and mostly completed residential condominiums,” said Karbelk.

He added, “We also have duplex homes on Hilton Head Island. We are selling the entire development for one bid and the buyer can either rent the properties or sell them off individually.”

The Hilton Head Island property, which is scheduled for auction June 2, consists of 15 duplex buildings totaling 30 units. The units were recently renovated with new kitchens and appliances, and some are currently leased.

“This is an exceptional opportunity,” noted Karbelk. “Some of these condominium homes have breathtaking views across the Port Royal Sound.”

Properties in North Charleston and James Island are set for auction on June 3. The Commons at Archdale in North Charleston consists of 12 new, three-story townhomes. In addition, there is a 2.74 acre site approved for up to 36 units. Belle Terre subdivision on James Island features five beautifully wooded waterfront executive home sites ranging from .89 to 1.27 acres with dock opportunities on Parrot Creek.

The June 4 auction will feature properties in the Myrtle Beach area, including: three second-row beach development lots in prestigious Cherry Grove; a large development parcel on Ocean Blvd.; large oceanfront and oceanview lots in Atlantic Beach; a second-row hotel site; and a 17 acre multi-family development tract.

Also at auction June 4 are a premium executive home site on the intracoastal waterfront in The Battery; two parcels of multi-family development land at Wild Wing Plantation Golf Course in Conway, S.C.; and a 60-acre tract of commercial and residential development land across form Crown Park Golf Club in Longs, S.C.

Bidders must register prior to the auctions. Broker participation is encouraged. An off-site due diligence meeting is set for Friday, May 21 from 12pm to 3pm, at the Hampton Inn, 1803 S. Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach. For more details about the properties, including how to obtain property information packages, visit www.atlasauctionproperties.com or call toll free (877) 895-7077
