Two Homes and Equestrian Center on 113-Acre Property for Auction in North Florida

A North Florida country estate with two homes, rolling pastures and equestrian facilities will sell in a real estate auction Saturday, August 21.
The property, centrally located between Jacksonville, Tallahassee and Gainesville, could sell as an entirety or it could go to as many as three buyers, according to Warren Ward of Albert Burney, Inc., the auction company managing the sale.

“What we have here is a country estate with all the amenities,” Ward said. “With two custom homes, 10,000 square feet of barn space, and a caretaker’s home on 113 acres, the possibilities here are extensive.”

The first home totals 2,700 square feet and includes four bedrooms, three baths, a columned front porch and a screened rear terrace that overlooks the property’s scenic pastures. The interior features high ceilings and an open floor plan, natural oak cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. The sale will also include the matching oak entertainment center and new 62-inch flat panel television.

The second home, built in 2006 and totaling 3,300 square feet, has five bedrooms and three and a half baths. It also features a guest apartment, sunken living room, hand-carved marble fireplace, Jacuzzi tub in the master bath, and both interior and exterior columns. The oversized kitchen includes an island, cherry cabinets, and stainless steel appliances.

The equestrian center spans three large barns with a tool room, tack room, equipment storage bays, work benches, four large horse stalls, automatic water, and storage for approximately 400 rolls of hay.

The auction will take place on Saturday, August 21, with the property selling at or above a minimum of $999,990. It was previously listed for $1.85 million. Individuals seeking more information may call 800-434-1654 or visit www.albertburney.com
